Beata Grzesik (born June 11, 1979) is a Polish slalom canoer who competed in the late 1990s and early 2000s. She won a silver medal in the K-1 event at the 1999 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in La Seu d'Urgell.
Grzesik also competed in the K-1 event at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, but was eliminated in the qualifying round.
